\u003cstrong\u003etwo seeds\u003c\/strong\u003e developing inside.\n    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cp\u003e\n      Their flat-facing sides grow against one another, creating\n      the familiar coffee-bean shape most of us recognize.\n    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cp\u003e\n      But occasionally something different happens.\n    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cp\u003e\n      Instead of two normally developed seeds, a coffee cherry\n      develops a \u003cstrong\u003esingle rounded seed\u003c\/strong\u003e.\n    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cp Peaberry describes a physical characteristic of the seed.\n      It doesn't automatically guarantee that every peaberry coffee\n      will taste better than every conventional coffee.\n
